CPR consists of performing actions to save patients who have suffered cardiac, respiratory and cerebral arrest.
CPR stands for cardiopulmonary resuscitation. It can help save a life especially during cardiac arrest, when the heart stops beating or beats too ineffectively to circulate blood to the brain and other vital organs.
Performing CPR has a golden time or critical time in which artificial respiration and chest compressions are performed. This operation must only be performed by trained people.
The international cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid workshop (CPR & FIRST AID) was held in cooperation with the International Fitness Academy of Germany (IFPE) and the Isfahan’s Sports Medicine Association(ESMA) on October 30th, 2023. This workshop is one of the most important workshops in the discussion of fitness and bodybuilding coaching at international levels, and all trainers are needed to complete this workshop before submitting their resumes and receiving job offers so that there is no disruption in their acceptance process. It is worth mentioning that in this course, there were several participants with excellent academic degrees, as well as renown professors from the province of Isfahan, which indicated the high level of importance of this workshop.
